I’m a Principal UI/UX designer based in Auckland, New Zealand, and problem-solving has always been a passion, whether it’s tackling a Rubik’s cube or crafting online digital strategies.
Creating user journeys and understanding diverse user behaviors is a highly enjoyable and rewarding process for me. I excel in building interactions and crafting user flows, with cross-disciplinary skills in user research, stakeholder interviews, information architecture, content strategy, and front-end development.
Art, design, and film are my passions, and I find joy in creating effective designs. I appreciate technology and the challenges it brings, which drive me to conduct thorough research.
My career started in Melbourne, where in 2004, I founded Yudisign, my freelance company. I worked across various industries, gaining international recognition for online projects in both print and online media.
In 2007, I made a significant move to New Zealand, where I’ve contributed to the creative industry working with notable companies such as Saatchi & Saatchi, Affinity ID, Droga5, Colenso, DraftFCB, and Dave Clark Design. Recently, I’ve been focused on designing applications for corporate organizations, ranging from banking to government, handling projects that address both customer-facing and employee experiences.
I strongly believe that combining experience and understanding of user experience and technology informs decisions in the design process, resulting in solutions that are not just intuitive but also highly effective.
